At Cashman and Waligory we understand that fees are of concern
to our clients. For estate planning, including the preparation
of wills, trusts, health care proxies, advanced directives, and
durable power of attorneys we charge on a fixed fee basis, and
the fee itself is determined by the complexity and scope of the
work involved. Therefore, it is difficult to quote
fees in advance of meeting clients. However, at the end of our
initial meeting with prospective clients, we will quote a fee
range, depending on the services the client decides upon. Once
the client agrees upon a particular scope of work, the fee will
be determined and memorialized in an engagement letter.
In Probate matters, including estate administration, the firm
charges on an hourly basis, which will be clearly set forth in
an engagement letter.
