Her professional experience includes tenure at
the Boston law firm of Morrison, Mahoney and Miller as an associate,
and as an associate at Catanzaro & Effron, in Ashland Massachusetts,
where she specialized in estate planning and probate.
She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar
Association, and Phi Beta Kappa. |

She was admitted to the
Massachusetts Bar that same year. During law school she was a
member and Articles Editor of the Suffolk University Transnational
Law Review. From 1998 through 1991 she volunteered as a court
appointed special advocate, guardian ad litem, in care and
protection cases. Following law school Ms. Waligory clerked for the
Honorable Neil L. Lynch of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial
Court. Prior to the founding of Cashman & Waligory, L.L.P. she was
associated with Gorovitz & Borten, P.C. where she concentrated on
plaintiff’s medical malpractice litigation and The Law Offices of
Michael G. Furlong where she practiced estate planning, probate
administration, business law, and appellate advocacy.
Ms. Waligory has over ten years
of experience as a registered nurse working at Massachusetts General
Hospital and New England Medical Center in the surgical intensive
care units, cardiac rehabilitation, research, utilization review,
and quality assurance departments.
Presently, Ms. Waligory concentrates her practice in Estate
Planning, Probate Administration, Elder Law, and Business Law. She
continues to consult in the evaluation, interpretation and research
of medical malpractice cases. She is a member of the American Bar
Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American
Association of Nurse Attorneys, and the Middlesex West Chamber of
Commerce.
